We're Hiring A FULL TIME Design Assistant
Christie’s Design Build Remodeling is committed to providing high quality residential design/build remodeling services and lasting partnerships with clients, tradespeople, and employees. Our full-service firm works with our clients from initial design concepts through construction project management and final design install.
We are seeking a full time design assistant to work with the team and clients to select and coordinate products and materials desired by client.

Overall Responsibilities
- Work with design/sales team and client on product selections.
- Picking up and dropping off samples and client meetings for product selections as necessary.
- Enter product specifications into project management software with pricing and detailed description of product and photos as necessary.
- Order products and materials selected by client.
- Be punctual in attendance and dependable in performance.
- Work closely as a team member with everyone.
Administrative Duties
- Create weekly staff meeting minutes and take detailed notes during meetings
- Answer phones and communicate with walk-ins when necessary.
- Maintain subcontractor files and documentation
- Assist sales, designer and other staff with various administrative tasks as needed
Other Skills
- Experience in the home renovation field preferred
- Some college education preferred
- Strong communication and written skills required. Communication with client and team via project management software is a must.
- Attention to detail with organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and works well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have Windows operating system and Microsoft Office experience.
